Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of local laws and HR compliance required.
• Experience with payroll/HCM systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership for the assigned team.
• Support HR policy implementation and leadership with guidance.
• Analyze HR data such as turnover and hires.
• Lead programs on employment, retention, and severance.
• Collaborate with Talent Mgmt, Compensation, Payroll, and Legal.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Assist in hiring goals and talent pipelining.
• Provide training and support for managers and staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records and communications.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to boost engagement.
