Job summary

You will support retention, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives to drive performance and a safe, inclusive work environment. This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to ensure policy compliance and effective HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Experience ensuring HR compliance with local laws required.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional team.
• Participates in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Drives HR reporting and analysis of statistics such as turnover and hires.
• Leads programs including employment/unemployment, retention, turnover, and severance.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal on HR initiatives.
