Jennmar, a Utah-based manufacturing company, seeks a bilingual Human Resources Generalist I to serve as the primary HR contact for multiple facilities in Clearfield. You will handle payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, and policy implementation while partnering with corporate HR and plant leadership to ensure compliant, customer-focused HR support.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency and a related degree (preferred); HR certification (preferred) and ADP Workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or similar HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years HR experience required.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience processing payroll and HR administration required.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Process changes for hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Ensure files and HR documentation are complete and compliant with policies and laws.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain records and process transactions.
• Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned facilities.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Maintain timekeeping records and assist managers with reviews/approvals.
• Troubleshoot payroll/timekeeping issues with Corporate Payroll.
• Generate standard HR and payroll reports as requested.
• Coordinate benefit enrollments and Open Enrollment activities.
• Educate employees on available benefits and enrollment procedures.
• Coordinate with Corporate Benefits for questions and eligibility.
• Communicate HR initiatives and policies to facilities.
• Assist with employee meetings, training, and onboarding.
