Job summary

Trivium seeks a Plant HR Director to align HR priorities with business goals across North America Aerosol & Beverage operations. You will partner with NA A&B and plant leadership to shape talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

You will advise senior leaders, drive HR strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, lead performance coaching, and provide analytics to boost retention and productivity. This role requires strategic thinking to lead change in a global matrix.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 10 years of related experience aligning HR strategies with business priorities.
• Experience in a complex global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to senior leaders and maintain strong business partnerships.
• Shape HR strategy for NA Aerosol & Beverage by identifying priorities and building capabilities.
• Provide HR subject matter expertise for cross-functional projects.
• Counsel senior managers on employee relations, performance, and discipline within legal guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks with the legal department when needed.
• Deliver coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions for line management.
• Improve relationships, culture, productivity, and retention across management and staff.
• Identify regional training needs and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
• Develop long-term staffing plans to hire the right people at the right time.
• Promote HR projects that add value and implement standardized policies company-wide.
