Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Finance career progression in corporate/operations finance with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in the paper and packaging industry or another manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and exerting influence on diverse teams, with responsibility for hiring, development and performance.
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to dive into the details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts with the plant GM to improve forecast accuracy.
• Use KPI analyses to identify growth opportunities and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial leads to validate top-line revenue expectations.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliant financial reporting.
• Manage working capital and cash flow monitoring, including plant journal entries.
• Provide profitability analysis and action plans to improve margins across the site.
