Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 5+ years in corporate/operations finance, with strong analytical and communication skills to influence management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Financial Engineering.
• Strong analytical ability with business partner mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Self-starter with drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficient Excel with pivot tables; exposure to Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and financial reporting for plants.
• Communicate monthly results with clear reports and insights.
• Lead capex planning and post-project audits.
• Drive profitability analysis and margin improvement initiatives.
• Support working capital and cash flow optimization.
