Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Arlington, TX seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead plant and NADC planning, forecasting and close governance. You will own MOH, COGS, inventory and headcount reporting, and coordinate cross-functional reviews with plant leadership and PGCS Finance.

The role requires SAP/BPC proficiency, advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to explain financial results to operations and management. A 5+ year background in plant finance is preferred, with SOX control experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, planning, forecasting or plant/manufacturing finance.
• Strong SAP experience required/preferred, including close, reporting, journal entry support and production/variance analysis transactions (KKS1, KKAO, CO88, KSB1, FAGLB03, OB52, MMPV, MMRV).
• Experience with BPC, AOP/forecast processes, SAP to BPC reconciliations, financial pack reporting and KPI scorecards.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; ability to manage large datasets and build variance bridges.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management - develop MOH, COGS, volume, headcount and productivity plan/forecast inputs and analyze drivers.
• Period Close, SAP/BPC Governance - execute period and month close activities across SAP/BPC and coordinate posting.
• COGS, Manufacturing Variance and Production Settlement Reporting - own COGS reporting, weekly variance, and KPI scorecard.
• Inventory, Reserves, MIRA and NADC Support - prepare inventory adjustments, reserves and pre-close inputs.
• MOH, Payroll, Headcount, Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations - manage MOH corrections, accruals and reconciliations.
• Controls, Compliance and Documentation - maintain SOX/GCS compliance with evidence and remediation.
• Productivity, PTR, Special Reporting and Regulatory Support - support KPIs, PowerSteering, and regulatory reporting.
