• Physical dexterity for reaching, grasping, and knife work.

Responsibilities

• Masterfully execute hot prep tasks including soups, sauces, and batters.
• Prepare and simmer hot menu components to meet flavor and quality standards.
• Uphold hygiene standards to maintain a pristine hot line environment.

• Monitor hot station inventory to optimize kitchen flow and freshness.
