Life Alive Organic Cafe is seeking a Back of House Prep Cook to join our plant-based kitchen in a fast-paced, health-conscious environment. You will craft signature soups, sauces, and batters, and support a smooth service flow while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Prepare and simmer hot menu components to meet flavor and quality standards.
• Uphold hygiene standards to maintain a pristine hot line environment.

• Artfully prepare and simmer hot menu components, ensuring every batch meets our exacting flavor and quality standards.
• Uphold impeccable organizational standards and hygiene protocols to maintain a pristine hot line environment.

• Proactively monitor and manage hot station inventory to optimize kitchen flow and ingredient freshness.
