Life Alive Cafe, LLC is seeking a Back Of House Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will maintain cleanliness, stock inventory, and help hit a 6-minute ticket time while ensuring high-quality ingredients and standard preparation. Prepare foods, sauces, and stations, following Life Alive's procedures and collaborating with BOH and MODs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces).
• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
