Flow is seeking a Prep Cook to support a farm-to-table kitchen focused on locally sourced menus. You will work with organic ingredients and seasonal produce to prepare high-quality dishes that nourish both body and community.

Qualifications

• Experience with organic ingredients and farm-to-table kitchens.
• Experience prepping meals with seasonal ingredients.
• Ability to keep station clean, organized, and safe.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; communicate clearly.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list from Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Label and stock ingredients clearly and organized.
• Wash, chop, and sort fresh produce.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, tools, and surfaces.
• Compost waste and minimize environmental impact.
• Maintain a clean, organized space following safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and help restock local, sustainable goods.
