• Assemble high-quality cold menu items to meet aesthetic and flavor standards.
• Prepare and simmer hot menu components to meet flavor and quality standards.
• Maintain pristine hygiene and organization in hot and cold lines.
• Monitor and manage cold storage inventory to optimize kitchen flow and freshness.
• Monitor and manage hot station inventory for efficient operation.
• Deliver culinary consistency and fast service without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Masterfully execute cold prep tasks, including the precise washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning of peak-season produce.
• Masterfully execute hot prep tasks, including the precise crafting of our signature soups, sauces, and batters.
• Artfully assemble high-quality cold menu items, ensuring every salad and grain bowl meets our exacting aesthetic and flavor standards.
• Artfully prepare and simmer hot menu components, ensuring every batch meets our exacting flavor and quality standards.
• Uphold impeccable organizational standards and hygiene protocols to maintain a pristine hot line environment.

• Proactively monitor and manage cold storage inventory to optimize kitchen flow and ingredient freshness.
