Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and oversee frontline crew to hit hourly production and safety targets.
• Travel with plant crew to deployment sites and ensure batch timing aligns with wet/dry mixing.
• Lead wear-and-tear inspections, lubrication, and real-time troubleshooting; monitor quality.
• Prepare accurate daily shift production summaries and document downtime and JHAs.
