Qualifications

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.

Ability to supervise offenders while ensuring custody policy compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise offender workers in the production of goods.
Provide on-the-job training to offenders in manufacturing, processing, and shipping.
Ensure offenders register and fulfill training according to USDOL Apprenticeship Program.
Perform or supervise setup and maintenance of equipment.
Provide safety training to offender workers for assigned areas.
Monitor quality control of finished goods and work in progress.
Workday attendance at the assigned site is essential.
