Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required or equivalent (with 4+ years in production).
• Experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of equipment setup is preferred.
• Ability to follow production schedules and ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offender workers in production shop.
• Provide on-the-job training for manufacturing, processing, or shipping tasks.
• Ensure offenders are registered and trained per USDOL guidelines.
