Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Plant Manager in Elburn, IL to lead mining operations and production at the assigned plant.

You will direct staffing, scheduling, safety programs, and maintenance while coordinating with dispatch and quality teams to meet customer requests in a cost-efficient manner. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mining/industrial management.
• 5-7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience.
• Strong leadership and safety compliance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plant to meet production and safety targets while controlling costs.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control teams.
• Monitor inventory, staffing, and equipment utilization on site.
• Drive productivity improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
