Job summary

TPI Composites, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to serve as the senior operations leader for the plant floor during the assigned shift, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.

You will provide leadership to Production Supervisors and Team Leads, drive continuous improvement with Lean and Kaizen, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain to meet the production plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with large teams.
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, scheduling, and resource optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, RCA, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost goals.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Team Leads for peak performance.
• Drive improvements using Lean, Kaizen, RCA, and problem solving.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain.
