CIP Retail in Fairfield, Ohio seeks a Plant Manager to lead on the factory floor, coach supervisors, and drive Lean initiatives. You will oversee print, paint, CNC, assembly, shipping, receiving, and logistics, reporting to the CEO and joining the leadership team.

Ideal candidates have a strong safety record, ERP/MRP experience (Epicor is a plus), and a hands-on, results-driven approach to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in custom, project-driven, or high-mix environments.
• 7+ years leading people with responsibility for results.
• Experience running more than one department or function.

Mansioni

• Run the plant: set priorities for each department and keep production on schedule.
• Own plant safety and compliance with OSHA/environmental requirements and audits.
• Drive on-time delivery, quality, productivity, and cost.
