Invio Automation, a Michigan-based leader in Industry 4.0, seeks a Controls Engineer to design and implement industrial control systems for precision manufacturing. You will apply electrical/pneumatic theory, read wiring diagrams, and collaborate with mechanical teams to deliver safe, high-quality automation solutions.

The role requires PLC programming expertise (Siemens/Allen Bradley), strong AutoCAD skills, and willingness to travel up to 80% across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical technology or related field with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Requires at least two years of experience managing multiple projects.
• Requires at least three years of PLC programming experience. Siemens and Allen Bradley knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design complete controls systems for industrial applications using AutoCAD, PLC/HMI software, and related tools.
• Support manufacturing resources and customers by troubleshooting and debugging systems.
• Provide onsite support to customers as needed.
• Work with mechanical design team to create or modify controls systems.
• Travel within the continental US, Canada and Mexico up to 80% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned
