Automation Movers International is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to lead electrical control system design, development, and testing for manufacturing environments in Michigan. You will write PLC software (Allen-Bradley/ControlLogix) and configure HMI interfaces, with travel to customer sites as needed.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented panel design, startup support, and training for customer personnel, while representing a professional image on site.

Qualificações

Minimum 2–5 years Automation/Controls experience.
High School Diploma with 5–8 years Automation/Controls experience preferred.
Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ work experience.
GCCH and GCCS certifications for some clients, OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsabilidades

Perform control system engineering and design using standardized methods.
Detail electrical control panels and start-up/debug of systems.
Write and edit PLC software (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix) and HMI interfaces.
Provide technical support for installation and customer training.
