Job summary

Mayfran International in Ohio seeks an experienced electrical/automation engineer to design control systems for our conveyor solutions. You will create wiring diagrams, panels, and BOMs while developing PLC/HMI programs and integrating with customers.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure successful deployments and ongoing service. Some travel within North America may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant PLC programming experience.
• Experience designing electrical controls for industrial machinery and producing wiring diagrams.
• Experience programming PLC/HMI products across multiple platforms (Siemens STEP7/WinCC, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Eaton, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control systems for custom conveyor projects.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
• Develop PLC/HMI programs and validate them on-site with customers.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and engineering to meet project requirements.
