The role focuses on connecting cost drivers with labor efficiency, material usage, and throughput to financial outcomes, strengthening cost controls, and supporting overall plant financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; 4+ years in finance or FP&A or manufacturing.
• CPA or CFA preferred; ERP systems experience; strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational performance into financial targets and decision support.
• Prepare plant budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with plant teams to validate data and improve reporting.
• Develop standardized operational and financial metrics.
• Present financial reports to plant management and Finance leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement of plant financial processes.
