Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Plant Finance to provide financial decision support for multiple plants and become a key partner to Plant Management in the MS Division. You will support cost accounting, forecasting and month-end close, while driving standard costs and cost roll activities.

The role requires manufacturing cost accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years experience.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand and interpret financial results; provide actionable feedback/recommendations for management.
• Support monthly/annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure plant forecasts and budgets align with goals.
• Support the establishment of standard costing rates and update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll.
• Support and review productivity projects.
• Review/manufacturing variances and explain them.
• Provide business/operations decision support through analysis.
• Provide timely plant results and drive accountability.
• Complete month end close tasks per GAAP incl. inventory valuations.
• Provide financial education to non-finance employees.

The Role:

We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to help supportsitesin Danbury, CT, Aurora, IL, Green Bay, WI, Billerica/Bedford, Ambler, Riegelwood, Toronto, and Chaska. The SeniorSpecialistprovides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in the Materials Solutions(MS) Division. The individual's responsibilities are to assist in the maintenance of the plant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This position will report to the Plant Finance Lead.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement.


• Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting;


• Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,MSDivision and Corporate goals;

What We Seek:

• Compensation: $85,000.00-$114,000.00 a year with actual pay dependent on candidate's overall skills for the role
