Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance, preferably in CPG.
• Strong FP&A experience including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Proven experience influencing business decisions to drive value.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office; high integrity and controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant finance activities, including costing, variance analysis, enabler delivery, working capital improvements, and monthly projections.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
• Provide financial oversight for Denver and Downingtown plants, including planning and reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to align priorities, standardize processes, and share best practices.
• Support planning and decision-making with site-level insights on cost, capacity, and capital investments.
• Analyze actual vs forecast results, identify risks/opportunities, and close performance gaps.
• Deliver insights into monthly results, cost projections, and ROI analyses for investments.
• Maintain internal controls and GL accuracy per company standards.
• Lead end-to-end capital management and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Mentor Plant FP&A Manager and develop the Supply Chain Finance team.
