Job summary

Campbell's seeks a Finance Leader to serve as the primary financial partner for supply chain operations at the Denver and Downingtown plants. You will shape manufacturing and investment decisions with robust insights and disciplined execution.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, partnering with site leadership to optimize costs, improve working capital, and ensure strong financial health across both sites.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and analysis experience including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven experience influencing business decisions to drive value and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Experience leading finance professionals and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant finance activities including product costing, variance analysis and working capital improvements.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and financial performance reviews.
• Provide financial oversight for Denver and Downingtown plants with site-specific insights.
• Partner with plant leadership to align priorities and standardize processes.
• Deliver monthly results, ROI analysis, and support investment decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and GL accuracy per company standards.
• Drive cost reductions and continuous improvement across sites.
• Lead capital management, project justification and investment prioritization.
