Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial operations of the Columbia Township plant. You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, manage P&L explanations, and develop financial models to drive performance.

This role partners with plant management to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and implement robust internal controls. A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) with 5–7 years manufacturing finance experience is required; SAP and MS Office proficiency are

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of standard cost accounting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Explain P&L variances by price, mix, volume and costs.
• Analyze financial data and prepare projections and reports.
• Prepare budgets including zero-based budgeting and implement controls.
• Maintain accounting procedures and internal finance systems.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with plant management on financial reporting and controls.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit processes.
