Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Plant Controller to manage all financial aspects of the plant, partner with plant management, and drive cost optimization. You will provide analytical insights to leadership to influence business performance and outcomes.

The role requires consolidating monthly/quarterly reports, maintaining internal controls, and leading budget processes, including capital expenditure reviews and inventory management at plant level. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages.
• Analyze P&L variances in price, mix, volume and cost drivers.
• Prepare reports and forecasts; establish and evaluate profit plans.
• Lead budgeting and zero-based budgeting processes.
• Ensure internal controls and collaborate with other departments.
