The role partners with plant leadership to ensure accurate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on internal controls and audit readiness. The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting, 7+ years of experience, and professional certifications (CPA/MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance.
• Support plant management to maximize results and manage manufacturing accounting.
• Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance with audit-ready documentation.
• Lead month-end close, forecast and planning activities.
• Develop, report and analyze product costs and financial targets.
• Oversee payroll, AP, capex reviews, currency transactions and tax returns.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal/external auditors.
