Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP including uploads and builds.
• Cost accounting and product costing experience.
• Financial modeling and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial reporting activities across the plant, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Support the Plant Controller and plant management to maximize financial results.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee payroll, AP, capital expenditures, and foreign currency transactions.
