Job summary

Chobani seeks a Director of Finance to lead manufacturing and operations financial activities, driving cost, productivity, waste, and efficiency targets. This role will own CAPEX planning, working capital management, and reporting controls to strengthen financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6-8 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, supply chain finance, accounting, or plant manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and cost accounting in factory costing, contract manufacturing, logistics, inventory and procurement.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects including capital allocation and target setting.
• Cross-functional leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial closing process with insights for business units and leadership.
• Prepare financial rolling forecast for COGS, highlighting risks and opportunities vs. plan.
• Manage monthly inventory reserve, reconciliation, and reporting process.
• Prepare month-end entries including labor/overheads and inventory variances.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and track progress.
• Provide visibility to manufacturing, procurement, and logistics focusing on KPIs and continuous improvement.
