Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial management for its Allentown, PA manufacturing facility acquisition and ongoing operations. You will oversee CAPEX, working capital, and margin analysis, while improving processes, reporting, and internal controls across supply chain and manufacturing finance.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
• 6–8 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, supply chain finance, accounting, or plant manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and cost accounting in factory costing, contract manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and procurement.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects including capital allocation and target setting.
• Cross-functional leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield buildout of $1.2B capital investment over 5 years for critical innovation launches.
• Own financial closing, forecasting for COGS, and monthly inventory reserves.
• Prepare month-end entries including labor/overhead, inventory adjustments, and variances.
• Collaborate with supply chain to implement cost-saving initiatives and track progress.
• Provide visibility to manufacturing, procurement, and logistics for KPI performance.
• Support capital expenditure analysis, margin analysis and platform profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOX-control enhancements in capital space.
