Trèves Group is seeking a Plant Controller to drive operational efficiency at our facility in Corbin, Kentucky. The successful candidate will produce income statements, conduct gap analyses, and establish forecasts, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic goals.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting along with expertise in ERP systems such as SAP. This role is critical for optimizing our production costs and improving margin performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, specifically within plant controlling or cost accounting.
• Expert-level command of ERP systems (SAP or similar) required.
• Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce the income statement, gap analysis versus Budget, and ensure report dissemination.
• Analyze profitability and margins of different product families and activities.
• Establish monthly forecasts: P&L and cash, with Treasury tool support.
