Corning is seeking a Finance Plant Controller at our Erwin facility in Painted Post, NY. You will lead the plant's finance team, close monthly books, analyze performance, and manage costing, asset controls, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing finance or controller roles.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop the plant finance staff and coach talent.
• Close the books monthly, analyze results, and publish plant reports.
• Manage fixed assets, inventory valuation, product costing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare annual budget and capex ROI analysis with approvals.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and policies.
