Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership at the Fort Smith facility and contribute to overall plant management. The role focuses on internal controls, GAAP/SOX compliance, budgeting, forecasting and monthly close with the accounting team.

You will drive profitability, lead cross-functional teams, and develop talent, aligning operations with corporate objectives and the division's financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline.
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• MBA, CMA, CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational objectives aligned to strategic goals.
• Lead internal controls and SOX compliance across plant.
• Prepare and present plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage monthly closing with accounting team.
• Drive profitability and cost management.
