Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Plant Controller at its Starr, SC facility to provide financial leadership and maintain strong internal controls aligned with GAAP and SOX.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while driving productivity, contingency planning, and cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, planning, IT, and security. Strong leadership and mentorship of the plant team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required.
• MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing finance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Deliver plant financial results and analysis to leadership.
• Oversee sourcing, materials planning, warehouse operations and security.
• Collaborate with non-financial leaders to drive profitability.
• Develop talent and lead cross-functional teams across the plant.
