AbbVie seeks an Assistant Controller to direct the financial, cost accounting and compliance activities for the AP16 manufacturing plant. You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and provide timely financial insight to the Site Director and leaders.

This role emphasizes cost optimization and adherence to CFMs and GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a CPA/MBA, 7+ years in finance, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with analytical mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage financial activities for AbbVie's manufacturing plant (AP16).
• Lead budget development, standard cost, variance analysis, forecasting and internal controls.
• Coordinate monthly reports, balance sheet reconciliations and year-end packages.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to optimize gross margins and operations.
• Supervise and develop a team of 3; drive cost reduction initiatives across the network.
