Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Financial Controller for our manufacturing plant in the United States. The role focuses on financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, internal controls, and strategic planning to drive profitability across operations.

The position partners with plant management and corporate finance, ensuring compliance with policies and standards while optimizing performance. Occasional travel and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 1) 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 2) Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• 1) Produce monthly financial statements and KPI reporting.
• 2) Manage month-end and year-end closings.
• 3) Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• 4) Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.
