Job summary

MITER Brands seeks a Plant Controller to lead finance for Internal Supply across multiple facilities. You will partner with Operations and HR, drive performance, and influence decisions while aligning with Corporate Finance.

Role requires manufacturing finance expertise, month-end closing, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong Excel and BI skills, and CI experience are highly valued. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in finance or accounting with progression of responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly desired.
• Lean/CI experience is highly valued.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly financial and operational forecasts and annual operating plans with location management.
• Analyze location performance and partner with leaders to close gaps and drive improvements.
• Support month-end close, general and subsidiary ledgers, depreciation, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Ensure strong internal controls to mitigate financial statement and fraud risk.
• Deliver presentations to Executive Team on results and forecasts for Internal Supply locations.
• Prepare capital requests with ROI, payback, and NPV analysis.
