Job summary

Cenveo is seeking an Assistant Plant Controller for our Cleveland, OH facility to oversee plant-level financial operations, reporting, and cost control in a high-volume envelope manufacturing environment. You will partner with production and operations leadership to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting; paper converting or envelope manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
• Proficiency with JD Edwards, One Max, and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze plant financial reports; assist with month end close analysis
• Manage Accounts Payable processing and approvals
• Oversee inventory controls for raw materials, WIP, and finished envelopes
• Support local GM with adhoc reporting and daily KPIs
• Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial modeling
• Partner with plant leadership to evaluate production metrics and efficiency trends
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, audits, and internal controls
• Support JD Edwards/One Max reporting and data integrity
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and improve operations
