Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Plant Controller for our Indiana manufacturing facility. This role partners with plant leadership to drive financial performance, ensure accurate reporting, and support operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience with strong cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory management skills, plus ERP and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong cost accounting, budgeting, inventory control, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, inventory, and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain inventory valuation and oversee cycle counts.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Support annual budgets, capital expenditure planning, and financial audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to plant leadership to support business decisions.

Qualifications:
