Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience required.

• Strong cost accounting and inventory knowledge required.
• Experience with month-end close, budgeting and forecasting.
• ERP experience with SAP or similar preferred.
• Strong business partnership and communication skills provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting and month-end close at the facility.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the plant.
• Manage cost accounting, variances, and inventory controls.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for operations leadership.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and better decisions.
