Job summary

CFS in Bristol, Indiana is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the manufacturing facility's accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, and cost control. This role partners with Operations and plant management to drive profitability and financial discipline.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing, with hands-on leadership of a team and strong cost accounting expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing/plant experience required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or similar advanced certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting and finance operations for the manufacturing facility.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting with Operations leadership.
• Develop and monitor plant KPIs and cost controls.
