Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting leader for our Berea, KY site. You will partner with the Plant Head to drive financial integrity, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic performance management for a $150–$300M revenue operation.

You will lead audits, internal controls, cost accounting, and capital investments while partnering with Operations to improve productivity and cash flow. Hybrid work pattern expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all Finance & Accounting activities for the site and act as senior financial partner to Plant Head.
• Ensure integrity of financial statements and compliance with IFRS and policies.
• Own monthly close, reporting, and internal controls over assets, inventory, and cash.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with site leadership.
• Drive cost management, product profitability, and capital investment evaluation.
• Manage audits and remediation of findings; partner with Operations and Supply Chain.
