Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Manufacturing or plant accounting experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close for the Newton plant.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and management reports.
• Support annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Provide cost analyses and recommendations to drive cost reductions.
• Assist auditors during quarterly and annual audits and ensure SOX compliance.
