Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Facility Manager for the West Palm Beach, FL site to lead a team, promote safety, and drive collaboration across operations, maintenance, and safety programs. The role requires experience in power generation environments and a track record of achieving business objectives and budget targets.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in power plant or related manufacturing settings, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and experience with Six Sigma/Lean tools.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
• Experience in use of Six Sigma tools, with Lean, Black belt or Green belt certification preferred.
• Proven track record of success in implementing HS&E programs and business initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Previous management experience in power generation environments, including Waste-to-Energy (WTE) facilities, coal-fired power plants, biomass power plants, nuclear power plants, or combined cycle power plants

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and environmental responsibility at the site.
• Oversee outages and maintenance planning with regional/corporate resources.
• Lead site operations to meet or exceed business objectives and annual plan targets.
• Develop long-term maintenance, staffing, operational and budget plans.
• Drive discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site.
• Champion Six Sigma/Lean initiatives to improve inventory, capacity, and growth opportunities.
