Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Site Facilities, Infrastructure & EHS Leader – Strother to own reliability, capacity and safety of the site’s facilities and infrastructure. This senior role leads Facilities/Infrastructure, Maintenance, Utilities, Security, and EHS for safe, efficient operations aligned with current production and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent senior leadership experience in facilities/infra.
• Experience leading facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, EHS and security in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year capital plans and large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, utilities, security and EHS functions.
• Own reliability, capacity and long-term performance of the site’s physical plant.
• Develop and execute multi-year capital plans to improve reliability, reduce risk, and support growth.
• Lead large, complex capital projects including building modifications and utility upgrades.
• Oversee site utilities and building systems (electrical, HVAC, water, fire protection).
• Lead maintenance and asset-care strategies to improve uptime and continuity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, security regulations.
• Partner with operations and engineering to align infrastructure with production needs.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with strong financial discipline.
• Lead contractors and external service providers to ensure safe, effective work.
