Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, industrial technology, construction management, EHS, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years in facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, plant engineering, EHS, or site operations leadership in manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, utilities, security, and EHS functions.
• Own reliability, capacity, and long-term performance of the site’s physical plant and core infrastructure.
• Develop and execute multi-year capital plans to improve reliability, reduce risk, and support growth.
• Lead large, complex capital and facilities projects, including building modifications and utility upgrades.
• Oversee site utilities and building systems (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, fire protection).
• Lead maintenance and asset care strategies to improve uptime and continuity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and facility regulations.
• Partner with operations and engineering to align infrastructure with production needs.
