Job summary

Fluid Routing Solutions Holding Corp. is seeking a qualified candidate to direct the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment. You will manage day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure uptime and meet safety goals.

The successful applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Facilities Management. Responsibilities include analyzing existing processes for optimization and coordinating large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years' experience in Facilities and Manufacturing with an Associates degree.
• 15 years' work experience in Facilities Management if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure uptime and safety goals are met through day-to-day maintenance.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure conformance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Design and fabricate tooling and equipment to test manufacturing capability.
• Develop cost requirements and track capital expenditure requests.
• Purchase and install capital equipment for state-of-the-art production.
• Coordinate large-scale projects as the general contractor.
• Supervise and train employees while addressing and resolving problems.
• Support and develop plant objectives and work well with other departments.
• Establish an information sharing system for project success.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Associates of Science or Engineering degree with 5-7 years experience

15 years work experience in Facilities Management without degree
