Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. seeks a seasoned engineering leader to direct all engineering and facilities maintenance, driving capital planning and manufacturing process improvements.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor coordination, and safety compliance while enabling product quality and cost efficiency across facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an engineering or process improvement role.
• Experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the development of the annual and multi-year capital plans, including engineering plans and productivity improvements.
• Manage capital projects from scope of work through funding, tracking costs and timelines.
• Coordinate installation with production and other departments and lead startup activities.
• Drive process improvement and safety programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operating and capital budgets and plant layouts for space utilization.
