Element Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational integrity, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing site infrastructure. You will ensure reliable facilities, utilities, and services while coordinating with engineering, EHS, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong technical facilities expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related role.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing vendors/contractors.

Responsabilités

• Facility Operations & Maintenance: manage day-to-day plant facilities and utilities to ensure high availability.
• Capital Projects & Improvements: lead site-level capital projects and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure regulatory compliance and support audits with timely closure of findings.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: manage external service providers and negotiate contracts/SLA.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to support operations.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: develop and manage the facilities budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Sustainability Initiatives: promote energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Emergency Response: lead response during facility emergencies.
